In our Essential Wedding Guidance and Coordination Package, we provide a clear road map and jump in 60 days before your big day to help tie up any loose ends. We'll also schedule monthly planning check-ins starting at 6 months prior to your wedding date, and we'll guide you through the final stages, ensuring every detail is perfected and nothing is overlooked.

For: couples who prefer to handle most of the planning themselves but need expert guidance throughout the process. Ideal for type-A couples who don't mind managing logistics and vendor communications on their own, we provide professional support during the final months to finalize details, coordinate logistics, and ensure a flawless execution of your big day.

Our team will be on-site from the arrival of the first vendor until everything is packed up and ready to go at the end of the night.

Wedding Day

We ask that couples use email as the primary method of communication. Phone and video calls are reserved by appointment only.

We will work with couples at whatever stage in the Wedding Planning Process you are at. Our Essential Wedding Guidance and Coordination package is limited to 12 months out from your wedding date.

While we do keep a list of preferred vendors, we are open to working with any licensed, reputable wedding vendor.

We specialize in California weddings, with our primary location in the Danville, but we frequently service all of the Bay Area, Carmel/Monterey/Santa Cruz Area, Napa Valley, Sacramento and San Diego. We are delighted to work throughout California and the West Coast, with travel fees applying for locations more than 50 miles from our homebase in Danville, CA. These fees vary depending on the scope of the event and the services chosen.

Additionally, we have a branch in Hawaii that provides wedding services across the Hawaiian Islands— Savvy Weddings Hawaii.

We love destination weddings and have planned weddings in Louisiana, Mexico, Washington and Oregon and are always looking to expand our list! Our team is available to help with your wedding, wherever that may be on a custom package basis. Please schedule a consultation call with us today, so that we can learn more about your wedding plans.

Additionally, we have a branch in Hawaii that provides wedding services across the Hawaiian Islands— Savvy Weddings Hawaii.

We require a 25% payment up front to secure our services. An additional 25% is due 9 months prior to your wedding date and again at 6 months prior to your wedding date. Final Payment is due in full, one month prior to your wedding date.

Through our experience, we’ve learned that the most memorable weddings are those that involve planning from start to finish. We take pride in crafting a personalized wedding experience and building a relationship with our couples throughout the process. Our Essential Wedding Guidance and Coordination Package serves as our comprehensive version of a "day-of"/"month-of" coordination. This package provides ongoing guidance during the planning process and ensures everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. Please note, we do not offer a "day-of" coordination package separately.

On your wedding day, we always provide at least one lead planner and one assistant planner to ensure everything runs smoothly. Depending on your guest count and the needs of your event, we have a team of assistants available and will bring on additional support as needed.

Please visit our contact page and submit an inquiry form. We will reach out to you to schedule a meeting where we can discuss your wedding plans and explore how our team can assist. After our discussion, I'll send you a contract to custom proposal based on what we think would be the best fit for your wedding date. Once you approve the proposal, we'll send a contract to book your wedding date. Once booked, you'll receive a questionnaire, we’ll schedule our initial planning meeting, and you'll gain access to Aisle Planner, our internal planning system.

While our full-service planning includes some assistance with rehearsal dinner planning and design, we also offer these services as add-ons for partial planning. Pricing will be determined based on the scope of the event(s) and the design services required.
