Access to Aisle Planner

You will have access to Aisle Planner, our ultimate planning tool. This includes our wedding planning checklist, budget and payment tracker, layout and seating chart creation tools, as well as additional resources to help you along the way.
Planning Check In Meetings
You will have access to Aisle Planner, our ultimate planning tool. This includes our wedding planning checklist, budget and payment tracker, layout and seating chart creation tools, as well as additional resources to help you along the way.
Wedding Day Management
- One of our Coordinators will arrive prior to the first vendor, usually hair and make-up, and remain with the couple/wedding party to maintain timeline, answer questions, assist with set up, and greet/update vendors.
- Your Lead Planner will arrive prior to the first vendor to oversee the overall wedding set up, confirm orders are accurately delivered, and layout is communicated correctly.
- There will be a minimum of two Savvy Weddings Coordinators on-site for each event.
- We will manage vendors and the timeline accordingly.
- Our team will communicate any day-of adjustments, or changes throughout the evening to the appropriate vendors.
- We strive to be an extension of you on your wedding day, so that you and your partner can truly relax and enjoy the moments with the people you love most.
